Who Should Attend?
ExcEL is reserved for senior leaders with demonstrated management and leadership experience who aspire to assume an executive leadership position or honing skills in preparation for succession planning. Individuals from small, medium and large organizations are encouraged to apply.
The ExcEL Selection Process
ExcEL candidates engage in a competitive selection process including submission of an application with statement of intent and a leadership support letter. A key factor in the selection process is the strength of the candidate’s organizational support. Space is limited to 25 participants. We strive to select candidates who reflect the diverse business community.

Application Process and Tuition
$4,500 if application is received before May 1st, 2012
$5,000 May 1 - May 15
$5,500 after May 15
- Application Fee: $75
- Applications must be submitted online; please visit www.champlain.edu/excel. If you have any questions, please contact Cari Kelley at cari@vermont.org.
- All applications are reviewed by the ExcEL Admissions Committee and the decisions on acceptance are made in mid-June.
- Successful candidates will be notified by July 1, 2012. Registration will be available upon notification of acceptance.
