Work at the Chamber

Phil is responsible for new member development as well as promoting the Chamber’s affinity programs. These include health insurance, dental insurance, workers’ compensation, and telecommunications plans.

Education & Prior Experience

Phil is a graduate of Brunel University in London with a BA in English. He has an extensive background in business to business sales, including eight years with DHL Express and most recently as Sales Manager with locally owned Westport Hospitality, operating Courtyard Burlington Harbor Hotel & TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Williston. His responsibilities with Westport included prospecting, selling solutions, and negotiating corporate contracts.

Phil also serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Vermont and The Humane Society of Chittenden County.
