Vermont Housing Finance Agency has an immediate opening for an HR/Office Manager. We are seeking an efficient, energetic and creative person for the administration
of various Human Resources functions including payroll processing (ADP), coordination of employee benefits, and employment activities. This position is also responsible for other office
management functions including management of administrative staff and associated functions (reception/switchboard, mailroom, etc.); plan and schedule regular staff meetings and other
Agency functions; provide support for property management functions; and provide high level support to the Executive Management Team.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent related work experience, and two years HR and/or Office Management experience required. PHR/SPHR certification a plus and previous supervisory
experience desirable. High-level proficiency in all Microsoft Office products required. Strong written and verbal communications skills required. Must be highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks,
set priorities, meet deadlines, and enjoy and excel at working with a wide range of individuals, internal and external to the Agency.
