Getting to Yes! Reach win-win negotiation outcome

Description: Based on the works of Roger Fisher, William Ury, and Bruce Patton at the Program on Negotiation and the concepts presented in their groundbreaking book, Getting To Yes, this workshop is an introduction to approaches for reaching win/win negotiated outcomes that satisfy the needs of all parties and result in improved long-term relationships.
Presenter: Tim Lybarger is a Human Resource and Organizational Development professional with a total of eighteen years of hands on experience in line management roles in the small business environment, followed by fifteen years of Internal Consulting and Classroom Training within the large corporate environment. In his corporate roles, he has functioned as a strategic business partner with business leaders at all levels to facilitate the design and delivery of interventions to solve problems and develop programs in support of enterprise-wide initiatives. Tim’s education includes a B.A. degree in Business Management from Hiram College in Hiram, Ohio and a M.S. degree in Organizational Development and Analysis from the Weatherhead School of Business at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce and Digalicious present another social media lunch as part of the ongoing Social Media Breakfast club series (#BTVSMB).
