Chamber
Dawn works as a
legislative advocate and
registered lobbyist. During the
legislative session, she will
represent the interests of the
Chamber and GBIC members at the
Statehouse in Montpelier, tracking the
progress of multiple issues,
testifying on bills, discussing
issues with legislators, and
encouraging members to contact
legislators.
Education &
Prior Experience
Dawn comes to the
Chamber from the Town of
Essex
after having served 19 years in
various positions including
Deputy Town Manager, Community
Development Director and
Planner. She began her career as
a Planner for the Franklin Grand
Isle Regional Planning
Commission after having
graduated with a Bachelor
Science degree in Recreation
Management/Environmental Studies
and a Master of Science degree
in Natural Resources Planning
from the University of Vermont. Dawn resides in Hinesburg with
her husband, Kevin, and two college aged children.
