Michael L. Seaver

Michael joined Chittenden Bank in 1981 after graduating from Saint Michael's College in Colchester, Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Michael's 28-year career with Chittenden began as a teller and in the ensuing years he has held a variety of positions within Commercial Banking, including Division Manager-Commercial Banking and Senior Lending Officer. He was elected President of Chittenden Bank in January of 2008.

Michael is the former Vice President of the Board of The Housing Foundation, Inc. and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce and as a member of its Executive Committee. He is also a Trustee of Mayo Healthcare, Inc. and a member of the Executive Committee of the Vermont Bankers Association.

Michael has been actively involved with the Burlington Public Schools for 18 years and currently serves as Treasurer of the High School's Booster Club.

Michael resides in Burlington with his wife Linda and their three sons.
