Carnival de Cuba: June Business After Hours at Burlington College

Event Description:
You're invited to one of our most unique Business After Hours to date, a Cuba inspired fundraiser for Burlington College, featuring Cuban dancers, authentic Cuban food, guided tours of the 19th century portion of the building, gallery showings from the College's woodworking students, a few words from newly appointed President Christine Plunkett, film screenings in the former Chapel, and more! We're joined by Hot Tamale Co. of Johnson for tamales, croquettes, and of course, rice and beans and co-sponsored by Farrell Distributing Corporation, Queen City Printers, Shed Brewery, Sugarsnap Catering (our wonderful Bar Service), fabulous make-up care of Mirror, Mirror, treats from Edible Arrangements and Top Hat Entertainment! We're also so happy to announce that a portion of all ticket sales will be handed right over to Burlington College to help them transform their new location. The Hampton Inn & Event Center has graciously donated orchids to spice up your post-work coif or clothing, with all proceeds heading directly to Burlington College.. Directions:
From downtown Burlington, head west on Main St. toward Battery S. Take the 1st right onto Battery St. Continue onto Park St. Turn left onto Sherman St. Take the 1st right onto North Ave. Proceed down North Ave. until you see Burlington College on your left!
