I understand that dues are payable annually and are due October 1. Dues to the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce (LCRCC) are not deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. A portion of dues, however, is not deductible as an ordinary and necessary expense, to the extent that the LCRCC engages in State and Federal lobbying. The non-deductible portion of dues is 30%. No portion of your dues investment is refundable.
