Education Vermont USA is offering two non-renewable $1000 scholarship to study at one of its member institutions in Vermont.
Who Should Apply?
1. international students (not U.S. passport holders or permanent residents)
a. high school students
b. undergraduate students (not graduate students)
c. transfer students (not exchange students)
2. students starting school in Vermont in the fall of 2016
3. students who qualify for an F-1 visa
These are $1000 scholarships for international students who are starting at an EDVTUSA member school in Vermont in the fall of 2016. The scholarship is open to high school (secondary) and undergraduate university students. Transfer students may apply.
Students must be eligible for an F-1 visa. The student may not be U.S. passport holder or permanent resident.
The application deadline is July 1, 2016.
Students who are in the process of applying to schools are welcome to apply for the scholarship. However, recipients of EDVTUSA scholarships must be enrolled and pay for the fall semester of 2016. EDVTUSA will pay the scholarship directly to the school to be credited to the student’s account for the second semester.
If the winner of a scholarship is not enrolled in an Education Vermont USA member school for the first time in the fall of 2016 and has not yet paid for the first semester of study, the scholarship will be given to another individual.
If the winner of a scholarship does not respond to our notification of the scholarship within ten days, the scholarship will be given to another individual.
