 Dr. Jim Cross, Associate Provost and Senior International Officer
Dr. Cross has over 25 years of experience in international education in both academic and applied settings working for the United Nations' International Fund for Agricultural Development, the NATO Parliament, Loyola University Chicago's Rome Center, Heidelberg College, Michigan Technological University, Clemson University and Champlain College. He earned the Doctoral Degree in Political Science from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.
He currently serves as the NAFSA Senior International Officer Network Manager and is a member of the Executive Boards of the IIE Global Engineering Education and the Center for Cross Cultural Studies (CC-CS). He recently served as the President of the Administrative Council of the Clemson University Brussels Center and Chaired the Atlantic Coast Conference International Academic Collaborative. Cross' areas of academic grant writing and scholarship include international development, international economic policy, international education, international politics and international security. |
