Leading with Emotional Intelligence: A Webinar to Boost Your EQ

In this workshop we will look at emotions in the workplace.  I will give you tools to identify your own emotions as well as the emotions of others.  I will help you understand why emotions and empathy are a crucial piece of leadership.  Through the four areas of Emotional Intelligence you can discover your strengths and opportunities within the framework.  The goal of our session is that you leave with a heightened awareness around emotional intelligence

Participants of the session will:

• Clearly understand the benefit of raising their emotional quotient
• Identify and assess the four components of Emotional Intelligence: self-awareness, social-awareness, self-management, relationship management
• One learning goal based on Emotional Intelligence

About the facilitator:

My name is Tess Weinisch and I am a 2013 Leadership Champlain Alum.  I have my own consulting business, TBW Consulting located right here out of Vermont.  I have worked in the areas of leadership development and coaching, organizational change, team building, and leadership transitions for the past 16 years. I have extensive experience in Executive Coaching (ACC certified), Change Management, Design Thinking, Leadership Development, Talent Management, and OD Interventions.  My work has spanned the US and over 6 countries.   I earned my master’s degree in Organizational Development from the University of Pennsylvania.

A core belief in my work is, “Leadership is about becoming more authentic to YOU and less like someone else.”  My passion is helping others realize their authentic selves and how to use that knowledge to bring positive change to their work and the world.
