Join VBSR for a dynamic workshop focused on at-home wellness strategies to strengthen, heal, and center your mind, body, and soul.

Gear up for a well-weekend with this 1.5-hour webinar, featuring four 20-minute presentations, each of which will teach, demonstrate, and guide a different approach to at-home wellness. Each presentation will leave you with a variety of tangible exercises, tools, and resources that you can choose from and try out at home to improve and develop your personal wellness.

Meet the presenters:

Lindsay Simpson – Organizational Wellness Lead, The Richards Group

Lindsay is an all-around wellness champion – at the individual and system levels. She is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of employee wellbeing initiatives for both Richards Group clients and for internal staff. She works from a research-based, holistic perspective; respecting that every group and every individual has unique strengths and passions that interact with family, workplace, and community cultures. Lindsay has an M.P.H. from UNC-Chapel Hill, a health coaching certificate from Wellcaoches, and a B.A. from Middlebury College. Lindsay also serves as a board member for Girls on Run Vermont.

Jolita Brilliant – Owner/ CMT/ ESTI/ MUA, Brilliant Massage & Skin

Jolita has always been passionate about wellness, beauty, and arts. She worked in the music and fitness fields before starting a journey in a spa world. After graduating from Body Soul Massage School and opening a solo practice in 2016, a couple of years later she expanded the business into a multi-modality and multi-division clinical spa. In 2019 Jolita also became a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Makeup Artist.

Melanie Giangreco – Owner, Mpath Well-being & National Board Certified Reflexologist

Melanie Giangreco is the owner of Mpath Well-being based in Richmond, VT, and is a National Board Certified Reflexologist, member of the Reflexology Association of America, and a Volunteer Trainer with the World Reflexology Foundation. She has been practicing reflexology since 2012 and has completed specialized training in reflexology for musculoskeletal disorders (with emphasis on lower limb pain), pregnancy and postpartum reflexology, and reflexology for relaxation and stress reduction.

Ashley Reynolds – President & Co-Founder, Elmore Mountain Therapeutics

Ashley Reynolds is the president and co-founder of Elmore Mountain Therapeutics. A Vermont sourced CBD brand operating in Morrisville, VT. EMT specializes in high concentration CBD topicals, tinctures and body care. Ashley has been referred to as an industry leader in Cannabis. Her down to earth approach to cannabis education has made Ashley one of the top speakers on cannabis in the Northeast. Ashley was the 2018 VCET Female Founders Start Here Challenge winner. You can also view Ashley’s TedTalk “Cannabis: a Future without Stigma” on Youtube. Ashley and Colin Reynolds have been proud supporters of VBSR for two years. Their company mission is to operate their business at the intersection of well being, economic development, social justice, and environmental sustainability.
