Leadership Champlain Now Accepting Applications

We are now accepting applications for Leadership Champlain Class of 2019!

Leadership Champlain is a leadership program consisting of retreats, full-day seminars, service projects, discussion groups and community tours. In it, participants meet monthly to explore critical community issues, examine themselves as leaders, and build relationships of trust and mutual understanding. Participants represent a diverse group of rising and recognized leaders from across a wide variety of organizations representing the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Participants are diverse in age, race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, education, profession and religion. Most importantly, they offer diversity of thought through:

  • A deep immersion in community issues with leaders in the state
  • The importance of diversity and inclusion in the workforce
  • Development of individual and collaborative leadership skills
