Administrative Assistant

Reports to Operations Manager

Part-time / Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – 10:00am to 4:30pm or as needed

The incumbent will serve as a receptionist for the Chamber and perform light administrative duties.

Duties will include:

  • Greet and assist visitors to the Chamber; answer the telephone, check and respond to voicemail message
  • Assist tourists who walk in, call or contact the Chamber by email to find information on visiting our region
  • Maintain a record of referrals to Chamber members
  • Mail processing
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist with event preparation (nametags, reminder phone calls)
  • Maintain communal spaces, replace/order supplies, and assist with meeting preparation

This is an hourly position. Salary range is $11.50-12.50/hour.
