Reports to Operations Manager
Part-time / Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – 10:00am to 4:30pm or as needed
The incumbent will serve as a receptionist for the Chamber and perform light administrative duties.
Duties will include:
- Greet and assist visitors to the Chamber; answer the telephone, check and respond to voicemail message
- Assist tourists who walk in, call or contact the Chamber by email to find information on visiting our region
- Maintain a record of referrals to Chamber members
- Mail processing
- Perform data entry
- Assist with event preparation (nametags, reminder phone calls)
- Maintain communal spaces, replace/order supplies, and assist with meeting preparation
This is an hourly position. Salary range is $11.50-12.50/hour.
