Professional Mentorship

LCRCC’s Professional Mentoring Program provides up-and-coming professionals with unprecedented, one-on-one access to business leaders in our community. The competitive program requires a 6-month commitment where mentees and mentors, matched by industry and interests, meet a minimum of one time each month to discuss mentee goals and challenges. Many mentors continue to advise and counsel mentees long after the term ends. The program enables participants to gain support and feedback as they seek to grow personally and professionally.

Applications open annually each summer. Mentors are identified based on their experience and the applicant’s specific needs. Check back here for updates or contact us to learn more about the opportunity.
